The College Legal Clinic is committed to serving the students, faculty and staff of CSUSB with quality legal services. We have pledged to provide complete confidentiality regarding our clients’ cases and we strive to maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere for our clients.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All currently enrolled undergraduates and graduate students of CSUSB and its Palm Desert satellite campus are entitled to use the CLC's services for free. Students must present their current student identification card in order to verify their enrollment status. During the academic quarter, a different attorney hosts an attorney consult night every week in the evenings from approximately 5:00PM to 8:00 PM. The attorney consult nights are consultation sessions that allow the attorney and the client to discuss legal issues and procedures. The attorneys can only explain, evaluate, and comment on information presented by the client.

All faculty, staff, and administration can use the service of the CLC for a $15.00 charge which entitles them to a full calendar year of services. Extended Education students and Alumni of CSUSB are ineligible to receive the CLC services. Eligibility requirements are such that students who are enrolled and have paid quarterly Associated Students, Inc. fees are entitled to full use of the services provided.
