ASI is governed by a Board of Directors (BoD). The BoD consists of 16 students. This includes 5 elected executive officers and 5 directors representing each of the colleges as well as students-at-large, students with special and dual majors, graduates, and students residing in the on-campus residence halls. Also included is a University President's Representative, faculty advisor, ASI advisor, 2 special representatives, and the ASI Executive Director.
