ASI is governed by a Board of Directors (BoD). The BoD consists of over 16 students. This includes 5 elected executive officers and 5 directors
representing each of the colleges as well as students-at-large, students with special and dual majors, graduates, and students residing in
the on-campus residence halls.
Meetings of the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Finance/Club Allocation Budget Committee (CABC) are open to all students.
The Finance/CAB committees meets on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM in SMSU RM-219. The BOD meets on Tuesdays at noon in SMSU RM-219 during
the academic quarter.
Meetings are usually not held during final exam week or during quarter breaks. Meeting locations are subject to change without
notice due to the limited availability of meeting space. Please check with the ASI office at extension 75932. Agendas and minutes
are available at the ASI office for inspection upon request.
